Jason began his legal career in 2002 with a national multi-district litigation law firm in Newport Beach, California. There he worked on a variety of high-profile, complex-litigation projects including pharmaceutical and medical-device litigation across the country.
From 2008 through 2011, Jason was a member of the expert committee and deposition teams in the federal In Re Gadolinium MDL venued in Cleveland, Ohio against GE Healthcare, Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Mallinckrodt. In 2009, Jason was selected by his peers to chair the expert committee in the coordinated California-state gadolinium cases venued in San Francisco.
Jason has been lead trial counsel in pharmaceutical, medical and class action cases across the country. His interests include spending time with his wife and two sons, biking, skiing and fly-fishing.
Jason has been honored as a “Super Star Rising Lawyer” by Los Angeles and Orange Coast magazine since 2012. He is a board member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.

Dr. Ochs graduated from the University of Colorado in 1973 with academic honors and awarded the dual degrees of Bachelor of Medical Science and the Doctor of Medicine.
In 1984, Dr. Ochs co-founded the first surgical specialty outpatient facility in Colorado Springs which specialized in cataract surgery.
In 1994, he moved to Boulder, Colorado where he assumed the medical directorship/chief anesthesiologist of a large, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in nearby Longmont, Colorado.
In 1997, Dr. Ochs attended both the University of Denver College of Law and the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. He received a Juris Doctor (JD) in 1999 and a M.B.A. degree in 2000.
He has obtained multiple, multi-million dollar awards in medical negligence cases including Wyoming. He currently is lead co-counsel for a nationwide, class certified on behalf of all dentists who purchased certain dental implants.
Dr. Ochs is among an ultra-elite professional group who have both medical degrees and juris doctorates, however, unlike the vast majority of his colleagues, Dr. Ochs is an active medical clinician, representing patients both in the operating room and in the courtroom on a daily basis.
